This album is more focused than ever on the ambient/electronica, the backbone of the band. A poetic and passionate guitar and rhythm section, and inorganic synthesizer/sequences create an atmospheric shimmer and ear-cleaning sound.
They collaborated with [.que] (nao kakimoto), a rising star in the “folktronica” scene who has produced many beautiful sounds, and I Am Robot And Proud (a solo project by Shaw-Han Liem, a Chinese-Canadian living and working in Toronto), both of whom have defined a generation in the electronica scene and continue to produce great music at the forefront.
